• July 4th Celebration

The Plimsoll Club cordially invites you to enjoy Family Fun & Fireworks on Friday, July 4th. As you know, this will be a sold out event so please make your reservations as soon as possible. Let's celebrate our freedoms and honor those that are presently fighting to preserve them. The evening begins at 6:45pm and the fireworks are scheduled for approximately 9:00pm. Enjoy our fabulous buffet, including assorted salads, jambalaya, barbecue ribs, fried chicken and catfish, macaroni and cheese, and hamburgers with all the trimmings, and a lavish selection of desserts to name a few. Musical entertainment will be provided and a balloon artist will be on hand to entertain the children. The cost of the dinner and full evening's entertainment is just $41.50 for adults and $15.95 for children under 10. Casual attire is recommended. Complimentary parking is available in the WTC garage. • July 12 French Night

Enjoy French Night on Saturday, July 12 at the Plimsoll Club. July is always a festive month for the French. In keeping with that joie de vivre, the Plimsoll Club is hosting an evening filled by music, dancing, our sensational buffet and a drawing for two free tickets to Paris. The evening begins at 7:15pm will cocktails and wine, as well as assorted hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. A magnificent buffet will follow the cocktail hour, overflowing with delicacies such as iced shrimp, Lobster Bellevue and many of your all-time favorites, such as Norwegian Salmon with fenouil, Chateaubriand, and Rack of Lamb to name a few. The price of this special evening is $77.95 per person plus service charge and tax, including cocktails and hors d'oueuvres. Complimentary parking is available in the WTC garage. • July 18 Taste of Asia Luncheon Buffet

Join us for a "Taste of Asia" luncheon buffet on Friday, July 18. Explore the wonders of exotic cuisine featuring egg flower soup, Szechwan beef and pepper salad, Mandarin chicken, Singapore shrimp and snow peas to name a few. The cost of this bountiful buffet is only $24.50 per person! Make your reservations by calling 529-1701. Cancellations or changes must be received by Wednesday, July 16 or full billing will apply. Complimentary validated parking is available in the WTC garage.

If you are celebrating a birthday in the month of May or June, we hope you will join us for your complimentary luncheon buffet and glass of wine on Friday, June 20 or Friday, July 11. • August 8 Y'all Come, You Here for a Taste of Cajun Luncheon

Join us on Friday, August 8 for a Taste of Cajun Luncheon. We will have among other delicacies, boiled shrimp and crawfish, grilled alligator sausage and a suckling pig. Don't forget, we'll be asking for you, so make your reservations soon by calling Linda Hamilton between 8:00am and 4:00pm. The price for this event is $24.50 per person. If you must cancel, please do so by Wednesday, August 1 and be sure to ask for your cancellation number. As always, validated parking for up to four hours is available in the WTC garage.

• August 9 Murder Mystery Dinner Theater

Join us in solving a murder mystery on Saturday, August 9 at 7:00 p.m. The night will be filled with intrigue, suspense, adventure, and corporate comedy with lots and lots of laughs. While enjoying a 4 course meal, watch as your friends and family become a part of the action and possibly a suspect themselves. Come and be a part of this outstanding murder mystery theater performance for only $77.50 per person. This event will be tables of 8 with community seating. Perhaps you may even have a surprise guest join your party! Please make your reservations by calling Linda Hamilton at 529-1701. If you must cancel please do so by Wednesday, August 7 by noon and ask for your cancellation number to avoid billing your WTC account. As always, complimentary parking is available in the WTC garage. Imagine an evening murder mystery so much fun it is almost criminal.

• Summer Club Closing

Due to our continuing staffing shortage, the Plimsoll Club will be closed August 17 through September 2 this summer. This will allow all of our dedicated employees the opportunity to take a much-needed break during those dates. We wanted to inform you of these plans well in advance and hope it presents no inconvenience to you.

Dinners

While we are still experiencing labor shortages in post-Katrina New Orleans, the daily a la carte dinner will not be offered. Please check the Tradewinds newsletter or go to the Plimsoll Club's website at www.plimsoll.com for an updated list of scheduled evening functions in the Plimsoll Club.
